I truly adored this place, I did not want to leave! Estes Park in general is so charming but my stay at Riverview really was the icing on the cake. I stayed in a room on my own but it provided plenty of room if a family were to go. Hot shower, tv worked great, great little microwave & fridge for food options. Walked right onto my patio to enjoy the rushing water sounds or just walk maybe 7 yards further & sit right at the water. Elk walking the area, good parking options, not far from town or the Rocky’s!

We have been staying here off and on for 7 or so years. We have always liked the setting and the wildlife , and a little fishing right outside the patio door. The proximity to downtown, and the Fall river entrance. THE SOUND OF THE FALL RIVER! It was always nice. We stayed again in June, We found that there were new owners of the property when I called to make our reservation. I was informed that there had been some changes since we last stayed ther…. Loved the idea of chairs on the river edge however not enough and two of the three were broke. Patio chairs ripped, exhaust fans in two cabins didnt work. Fireplace didnt work in 1 of our 4 cabins. Has no place to dispose of trash outside.

We (my wife and I) stayed in one of the rooms in a building that had 4-5 rooms on one level and 4-5 rooms above. Room was clean, with 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, TV. Bathroom was clean, hot water was great. The sliding doors looked out onto the river/creek with deck chair and deck table. There were 2 grills available and picnic tables. I travel 150 nights per year staying at large motel chains (primarily IEH and Hamptons) and I found this place to be excellent. Parking area was secure as well. View was... read more
