If it wasn't for Dr. Roberts, I wouldn't never switched from VPFW. The staff are ALWAYS rude to me. I have not had one happy experience with them... Minus the lab tech, Dr Roberts, Dr Smith & the older lady at the front desk. The rest really need to learn some common respect and manners.... smh
I am a nurse and first I have to say that Dr Roberts is the nicest Dr that I've ever met! He is the only reason that we have stayed here. With that being said they also have the rudest receptionist at the check in and check desk. I do not understand why it's so hard for you all to be nice and friendly. There are 1 or maybe 2 that are friendly but everyone else acts like they hate the world and that is not good customer service!
