I worked here for at least 6 years on and off. It was cool when I started and then it went downhill very quickly. Always short staffed, never had the supplies you needed to do your job properly. I worked a floor BY MYSELF as an aide for the whole 8 hour shift with almost 40 people. I’m honestly not surprised that the place got shut down.
It is unfortunate that they let the good ones go there. I recently picked up being the MDS coordinator there and unfortunately I was faced with lack of staffing to where I had to leave my position at times just so they could have a nurse on staff. I upheld the positions of MDS/WOUND/ADON/and some social services which made me fall behind. I was told that I was not doing my job and talked to like I was incompetent. Terrible care, Contracted nursing staff awful!!
Very poorly completely a place where no communication exists and they move the goal post on you please do yourself a favor and help put this place out if business
I was with this company for a little over 2 years started out at parklane then transfered to Riverview. I can definitely say the owners or even the higher ups do not care about their cnas nor their residents. I'm not perfect but I'm a great cna I work hard I pick up extra shifts and I take dang good care of my reisdents. And I couldn't even get my 1st year raise.
