My mother and I both have units here, my mom for over 10 years and we have had no issues. One minor issue when I first rented my unit, but that was of no fault of the business or their employees and they resolved it as soon as possible. I would recommend them if they had a unit available.
Won't call you for flooding! Will not let you know there has been break ins! Gets angry with you for calling in the police when you realize your unit was vandalized! Impersonal and could give a duck you been a paying customer for years! Manager only saving grace but her hands are tied by owners!
