i called multiple times to get an form that was needed for my insurance company after i was admitted from the er to the hospital. no one was willing to help when i called and was passed from extension to extension. the woman i spoke with in the er was very rude and rushed me off the phone not willing to even listen.
UPDATE AS OF 07/31/2025... the nurses and the pcts are wonderful here.. BUT IF YOU GET THE HOSPITALIST Nauman Ahmad, MD, REQUEST A DIFFERENT ONE. HE IS VERY MUCH ABOUT TURNOVER. WITHOUT GETTING INTO SPECIFIC DETAILS I AM BEING RELEASED WHEN I SHOULD PROBABLY BE HERE ONE MORE DAY BECAUSE OF MY DIABETIC NUMBERS BEING ELEVATED, BUT HIS MIND IT'S ABSOLUTELY FINE...
