Riverview supported my family as we gave care for my grandfather at the end of his life. While I cannot say enough about the day-to-day employees who were phenomenal, I was less than impressed with the senior leaderships management of some key concerns I had with my grandfathers care. I would not use this company again if I needed to be a caregiver.

We were assigned to Palliative Care when my husband was weak and couldn't make doctor's appointments and they turned us over to Hospice Care. We sold our home in Rock Hill moved to Lancaster, SC. Hospice came with us. We started in April 2024 and he passed away October 17th, 2024. But everyone was over and above their job. NIKKI, CASEY,GRACE,LOLA AND DEB(CHAPLAIN). My mother was under the care of Riverview Hospice for two years. In the beginning, when her needs were minimal—typically just weekly check-ins to monitor vitals—the care was sufficient. However, during the final weeks of her life, when she required consistent, compassionate, and comprehensive support, the experience drastically declined.
