Riverview Homes has board members who are complete morons. They protect a maintenance supervisor who belittles his workers by insults and vulgar language. If an employee brings it to the manager, the employee gets fired. Maybe because the supervisor of maintained and the manager both have family members on the board. Well guys just wait till the inspectors come in and see that you do not use certified plumbers or electricians. Let's just see how the BOARD handles that. I don't think this is truly a CO- OP. A CO- OP DOES ALL THE REPAIRS FREE OF CHARGE. IF YOU DON'T MIND CUTTING YOUR OWN GRASS OR SHOVELING YOUR OWN SNOW, IT'S A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. THE MORTGAGE AMOUNT IS REASONABLY.
