I wasn’t planning on leaving no review but i am now because this needs to be heard.. Never received my dishwasher since i moved here. My air conditioning isn’t working properly it’s on fully but cuts off and on like it’s on auto when it’s not. My kitchen ceiling needs to be fixed up I told them about it but nothing has gotten done and on top that the office is never open when it’s supposed to be open Monday through Friday it even says it when you type in the apartment name 🤦🏾‍♀️

This place is a real life house of horrors. Violence( fights) happens in broad daylight while families witness. Small children roam around unattended. Maintenance has a high turn and so does "security". Local police constantly answer calls to domestic abuse and gun violence on a daily basis. Very unsafe places to raise a family. There's also a high turn around in property management. Cassandra is very rude and is untrained on a lot of material requiring paperwork, move ins, resident matters , and company budgets.
