Lisa is very rude nothing gets fixed
This place is a real life house of horrors. Violence( fights) happens in broad daylight while families witness. Small children roam around unattended. Maintenance has a high turn and so does "security". Local police constantly answer calls to domestic abuse and gun violence on a daily basis. Very unsafe places to raise a family.
