They kicked my nephew out of the program for not improving his speech within a few months span. They don't care about the children.
I am truly grateful with Miss Erica she was very patient with my child he just completed his 2 year course. When he just started the program he didn’t say not one word but thanks to all the effort my child is finally speaking.
The Dr was patient and explained everything. The staff was also nice. They were clear about the cost. The wait time wasn't long. There is a free parking structure.
The Speech therapist was sarcastic and kept rolling her eyes at me when I answered questions. She didn't engage well with my son and was very rude and judgmental. She spoke to us like we were uneducated and explained things to us we already knew; that is why we went in! I don't recommend this place for an assessment. They don't seem to like children besides the audiologist.
