I would give negative stars if possible. Very disappointing experience. I was seen quickly, which initially felt like a positive. However, the interaction with the physician completely changed that impression. I came in for a straightforward screening based on a prior medical recommendation. **Dangerous Negligence and Unacceptable Dismissal — Avoid at All Costs** I went to Riverview Urgent Care in Westfield on 4/11/2026 with an extremely sore, swollen throat. I specifically explained to the staff that I was having severe difficulty swallowing both food and water, and I mentioned my history of getting canker sores. I was impressed with the efficiency and care. The facility is clean and calm. I will go back for any future Urgent Care needs.
$750 for a flu test and Covid test we didn’t order. But only $75 for a chest xray we also didn’t order. Took our 4yr old in for an ear infection they said his ears are clear. He prob has the flu okay thanks then they ordered a xray (he wasnt coughing) and a covid and flu test we didn’t ask for and there’s no treatment for either I a 4 yr old. Price gouging and adding BS to bills at its finest. Stay clear of this place the reviews speak for themselves. This was for a $20 minute at urgent care not the ER.
