$750 for a flu test and Covid test we didn’t order. But only $75 for a chest xray we also didn’t order. Took our 4yr old in for an ear infection they said his ears are clear. He prob has the flu okay thanks then they ordered a xray (he wasnt coughing) and a covid and flu test we didn’t ask for and there’s no treatment for either I a 4 yr old. Price gouging and adding BS to bills at its finest. Stay clear of this place the reviews speak for themselves. This was for a $20 minute at urgent care not the ER.
Such a negative experience here. My daughter had a respiratory issue in the middle of the night, one that normally I would have taken her to an urgent care for. They post urgent care hours and if it's outside of those hours, they make you sign a form acknowledging an ER visit then bill you 5x what an urgent care visit would have cost. Will not be coming back, if you need actual medical attention regarding antibiotics or testing don't come here, they actually do NOT listen or run tests after 6pm.
My follow-up information was not documented correctly, which caused delays in my care and required additional appointments to verify details that should have been on file. This has resulted in extra costs and prolonged discomfort as I wait to see the specialist. It’s very discouraging that the team wasn’t able to connect with the doctor to resolve this and help move my care forward.
Kelly at the front desk, Tony the nurse, and Dr. P were all SO FRIENDLY and fast! Also, Rivet Coffee is just down the road! Super thankful for these folks helping me with my cold/strep issues!
