Watching the doctor completely dismiss my boyfriend major amount of pain and throwing pain pills at him instead of looking into worker comp issue..
I see some comments about a $100 urgent care becoming an ER visit. I won't ever go back to Riverview, out of the handful of times I took my wife there; at least four have been treated as an ER visit with the cost being around $2500 out of pocket. One time we were there and my wife had some pain so they come in with an IV to administer Tylenol, I asked why can't she take a couple pills with water and was told the IV is for dehydration also, but she was not dehydrated, but as to not embarrass my wife I just bit my lip and went... read more
Had to go to the urgent care not only once, but twice. The first time they didn’t give me antibiotics to help with my bacterial infection in my lungs. I almost had to call the ambulance many times at home, because I only got a steroid which didn’t help much & I ended up getting worse. The second time I went I had nice people. the first time I had some people that acted like they didn’t take me seriously enough.
The Doctors don't examine you. They are rude. I went in for a toe injury Dr didn't look at it just walked out and sent a nurse in with a referral to a foot Dr. My husband went in with sever head and chest congestion the Dr didn't examine him just wrote a prescription for antibiotics. Why are your urgent care Dr's so rude?
