I was impressed with the efficiency and care. The facility is clean and calm. I will go back for any future Urgent Care needs.
$750 for a flu test and Covid test we didn’t order. But only $75 for a chest xray we also didn’t order. Took our 4yr old in for an ear infection they said his ears are clear. He prob has the flu okay thanks then they ordered a xray (he wasnt coughing) and a covid and flu test we didn’t ask for and there’s no treatment for either I a 4 yr old. Price gouging and adding BS to bills at its finest. Stay clear of this place the reviews speak for themselves. This was for a $20 minute at urgent care not the ER.
Such a negative experience here. My daughter had a respiratory issue in the middle of the night, one that normally I would have taken her to an urgent care for. They post urgent care hours and if it's outside of those hours, they make you sign a form acknowledging an ER visit then bill you 5x what an urgent care visit would have cost. Will not be coming back, if you need actual medical attention regarding antibiotics or testing don't come here, they actually do NOT listen or run tests after 6pm.
