All around efficient visit!
*This review is of a specific doctor, not the facility and staff* This facility is very nice with amazing nurses, but the harshness and lack of compassion by Dr. Kenneth Byerly towards my 6-year-old daughter made for a traumatic night that I’m sure she’ll remember forever. Extremely dismissive. Came in for a concussion, was never seen by a doctor. Instead, I was seen by two nurses who did absolutely no assessments or tests. When asked if they thought I had a concussion, the second nurse simply stated “it’s hard to tell” before being discharged and allowed to drive home. I feel completely taken advantage of after experiencing an injury that affects decision making and rational thinking. Would not recommend.
