I went into riverview health with abdominal pain, and after lab testing and a CT scan my physicians assistant determined I had appendicitis! I was then sent to there main hospital for surgery and am now recovering. My staff Salem, McKinsey, and Christian were phenomenal at making this an effortless process. I could be in much more dire straights if it weren't for them. Thanks again guy!
The Worst experience…doctor came in and was super disrespectful!!! Nearly screaming at me when he can clearly see I’m concerned for my loved one and their condition. It so sad that there are Doctors like him who have no empathy and no sense of compassion. I don’t care how true/factual your statement is, you should know how to talk to patients. Or else if you do not like your job then you should probably get another one.
I went in to be treated for a cat bite. Between the time it took to get registered as a new patient and checked in, seeing the nurse, then doctor, to me going to and walking out of CVS with a prescription was about 90 minutes. I was definitely expecting a longer wait but it was, in fact, urgent care.
The doctor on staff took time to listen. He heard me with his ears and heart. I genuinely appreciate him doing so. Thankful to GOD, there are some professionals that want to do more tgan just their job.
