We had a great experience at Riverview Health Carmel ERUC. The registration staff, nurse, and provider were great.
I’ve had to make two visits in last six months. Both times saw a doctor. Everything was explained clearly and sent home with written notes. One visit required stitches and removal was at no cost. The wait times have been very short. Maybe I was just lucky but it felt like they were better staffed than IU Health urgent care across the street.
