Dang, I was in and out in 18 minutes! The doctor was already in the room waiting with the nurse when I arrived—unbelievable efficiency. This is a 10-star operation if I could give it! Dr. Medler, the amazing nurse, and the friendly technician were all incredibly professional, kind, and quick. This is exactly how health care should be. Highly recommend!
There are no doctors all the time and the nurses are rude and their treatment is bad
I went to urgent care, check in was easy. Saw the provider who gave me a rx for flonase & sudafed. Upon checkout, the gal tells me my copay is $500. UM, TELL ME THAT UP FRONT, not behind!! Gets better, was back at the Dr today for real medicine to help me get well. A z-pack, prednisone, and tension pearls. Thanks for nothing 'urgent care'!
