I was taken to a room as soon as I got checkin completed. They took all my information about why I was there and within minutes they were doing tests a doctor came in. It was amazing. It was so quick with all they did. I have a concern about what happened after I left. They called in two scripts to Walgreens in Carmel. One was for an anabiotic. It said 15. i will be following up on the rude and incompetent experience here. it was empty. the person here was not professional, and incapable as well. She would not stop using her personal phone long enough for basic decency. i was sent here from prompt care at nora. Why ? this was horrific and the opposite of " care" Do not go here if you dont enjoy minimal and poor care with high bills. what a joke. im confused at any good reviews as most mirror my own experience of poor treatment, poor manners and price swapping
We will never come back. I explained my wife has strep throat and is highly susceptible to it. She gets strep worse than anyone I have ever met. She even had her tonsils removed as an adult due to her severe reactions. This is easily a fatal illness for her. I explained all of this upon our visit. They did a rapid strep test which came back negative. I explained again that I recognize this. She had ALL of the symptoms. I asked for a two day antibiotic while we waited on the culture.
