Dr. Sheely & her staff are the best I have been to in decades! You leave there with answers or at least, know you’re well on the path to finding them. For so long now, every time I go to a doctor, I feel more confused when I leave than when I walked in. Dr. Sheely makes you feel very comfortable and that there is an answer to your problem and she will work to find it. They’re all so nice too. I just can’t say enough nice things about them!

My doctor is at riverview Westfield, I have exclusively used Riverview for the past 2 years. Last week I went and had a Covid test done after making an appointment and was charged $400. I don’t know how that isn’t price gouging but Riverview health told me it didn’t matter I only went for a Covid test, they still charged me for an urgent care visit. When I called to ask what the cost of a Covid test was, they said “we don’t know the exact number but it’s around $300” Absolutely despicable.

No one answers the phone when I attempted to schedule appt. Held for almost two hours and finally hung up. Unacceptable.
