Although I think that the doctors are wonderful the staff in charge of appointments are another story. They completely lack compassion. I admitedly have had to cancel more appointments in the last few months then I would have liked to. Having said that, I had explained the situation that I was in more than once to the staff. First my mother was incredibly ill for months in the hospital and then passed away.
