I went to urgent care for a recurring health issue. The doctor listened so well and asked good questions to understand my symptoms better and my medical history. Felt like she was invested in seeing me get better and really helping to figure out a solution. Much better experience than I’ve had with some doctors!

I’ve had poor experiences time and time again with this Urgent care. Doctor Priscilla Ramsay was outlandishly rude and demeaning at my last appointment, speaking to me as if I was illiterate or had half a brain. She spent all of ten seconds of addressing why I was in for a visit before she pulled out a paper towel… yes a paper towel. She pulled out the paper towel, looked me dead in the eye and said, “you know what a dentist is right?” And then wrote “dentist” on the paper towel… making sure I know what a dentist was in a sh... read more
Very fast super friendly!
Was just there on July 22 2025, I don't understand how anyone can give the less than 5 stars. If they do I would have to believe its is their own fault. I have been going there for many years and have found Dr Given and all of the staff to be the best. I even travel 3.5 hours to maintain this relationship. Thanks to everyone at Riverview medical.
