It takes me over an hour to come up here and today this woman was rude and she would not listen to one thing after another. She was very disrespectful and I hope I never have to walk through those doors again. I would not recommend this Urgent Care for NO ONE
Had an appointment was taking to room and never seen anyone after sitting in a room for hour i walked out.
Always have a great experience with the clinical staff. However last two experiences with the front desk patient care coordinator have been less than. She always has an attitude and seems like she doesn’t really want to help. I called to make an appointment and was told to just call back in January because that was closer. Why would you tell a patient this when they are trying to make sure they are scheduled for a future appointment? Maybe it was a bad day for them. Hoping my next experience with the front is better.
Made an Appt here for the first time at 5:30 on a Saturday night and was very impressed. I was able to book my appointment online within the same hour with ease. Shannon at the front desk was welcoming and made a great first impression! I will be going back to this facility with any future emergencies for sure!
I went in for something simple and was great! Joe took my vitals. Before he checked my oxygen I watched him take a sanitizing wipe and clean the inside of the part that goes on your finger. I was amazed. He went an extra mile to help contain and prevent the spread of germs! To patients that have fears against going into hospitals and urgent care due to the exposure of germs grants a little more comfort when you see employees doing their part or going a little further!
