I have been going to Riverview family medicine for many years and have always got the best treatment (pun intended) they always treat me like family and give me the best treatment. All the staff is knowledgeable and professional and are always willing to go the extra mile to get me what I need whether it is a referral or information on medicine side effects and advise on personal therapy at home, it's like having a second family that really cares about me personally. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. Check in was easy and before I knew it, I was out the door with treatment in hand.
Best urgent care in the area. I have been coming here for years and always courteous and thorough. Love the staff!
I wish I could actually give this place a zero. The front desk person and the doctors are out of touch when it comes to patient care, they didn’t give a drs note for covid and when we went to ask about it the lady at the front Mary said that’s they only thing they give as a drs note. What kind of place is this? We stay having problems. Our appointment was at 11:59 and we sat there for 2 hours waiting to be seen. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.
