I was given alarming diagnoses multiple times that turned out to be incorrect, causing unnecessary fear and anxiety. A doctor told me my finger was broken and insisted this was accurate based on her 27 years of experience, saying I would need surgery but it was actually fine after the x-ray. I love you primary care office . You actually get to talk long enough for them to really get to know you . The whole staff is wonderful. Not you Average BIG corporate. You are a person not a number and I really respect that .
I was told they would help me manage my symptoms. They gave me cough medicine that’s like taking water. I know I was burning up with a fever before I got there. I took ibuprofen. I don’t feel like I got the level of care that I deserve today at this office
