Love seeing the river!!
I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Awful living conditions that they will refuse to fix, and in the event that they do actually fix things, you can bet they will be upping your rent substantially. You can smell mold and cigarettes as soon as you walk in the building, and the carpets in the hallway are filthy. They will fine you for the silliest of things, and have resorted to poisoning wildlife (birds, squirrels) living on the property. Avoid at all costs.
