Absolutely horrible customer service, fast and sloppy. Hurricane Florence hit everyone hard, but what hit harder was this company. They bid 120,000 on a job, and because they were the lowest I went with them. The original contract between Riverview and myself was 50% but luckily my back would only allow 20% of the funds to be release. The job they did was maybe $10,000 and they received $20,000, they did the roof then disappeared, they finally came back after 4 months after many phone calls and texts, I even threatened takin... read more
