I had a very negative experience while renting at this location. As others have reported the current manager is horrible. I found her (ks) to be completely incompetent in her duties as manager. I found the entire management staff to be highly vindictive. While renting here I had the manager attempt to enter my unit with no pror notice. One night I looked out my window due to flashing lights and witnessed a tenant being loaded up due to a drug overdose.
