Mental health resources are so important, and I’m glad this hospital exists to serve people in need. I hope they keep working to improve and help as many people as possible.
First off I want to say I'm slow, I mean at remembering people's names, but the people who work here are the best!!!! I hope GOD will bless the each and all of them, they helped me a lot! They don't even deserve a star. Absolutely a horrible place to send a child with mental issues. My step daughter was there for 21 days! We never spoke to a doctor only discharge nurses. Left messages for updates and was never called! When we called the staff answering the phone were always yelling at the kids they were out of control in the back ground we heard cussing & screaming. Staff was very non responsive and she said they colored and watched tv all day. They did not help her she has been there 2x. The first time she w... read more
They assumed I was faking because someone I didn't know was there was there then kept me in the common room wasn't allowed too do anything but walk around the place we are in when we are waiting too do something else would sue if I could I was called a faker when everything I had was real DO NOT SEND PEOPLE HERE the second they can keep u in somewhere they will it don't help it just made me worse.
