I lived here for 5 years. Whoever is looking to move in these apts don’t do it. It’s not safe at all. The gate has not been working for years. The parking lot lights are always going out and take forever to get fixed and it’s super dark when the lights go out. Vehicles are always getting broken into. People have been shot and killed here and there was another shooting prior to someone being murdered. Its a beautiful complex! Luxury floorplans, playpark for children and petfriendy. Im very happy to be living here in calallen. 20 minutes away from downtown Corpus Christi!
I've lived here for a year now and I've seen the ups and downs but I'll tell what this complex is going way up. Ashlee our manager is absolutely the best, she's very friendly and knows her business. And our maintenance guy gets things done and knows what he's talking about. I couldn't have moved to a better apartment complex.
Updated, well-kept apartments in a great area! It’s been really nice living here so far.
