Pool is unkept green for 2 years, maintenance is beyond behind in work orders, there’s trash everywhere. Management refuses to address anything other than her next vacation.. and is running the place into the ground. This is not the place if you want any respect or help with your property.
Do not rent from these horrible people. They treat their tenants like trash if you're asking how I know because I was one of them! They have their tenants living in raw sewage! Dare to complain to them and they will have you evicted. There are senior citizens/tenants that are living in there without air conditioning. They do not care to address it nor fix it. Instead they will evict you. Somebody needs to call the BBB on these people. I do it everyday and I'm not going to stop till I see something done about it. Do not rent ... read more

Its clean from the outside. Not sure about anything else because I have never rented here.
