Do not rent from these horrible people. They treat their tenants like trash if you're asking how I know because I was one of them! They have their tenants living in raw sewage! Dare to complain to them and they will have you evicted. There are senior citizens/tenants that are living in there without air conditioning. They do not care to address it nor fix it. Its clean from the outside. Not sure about anything else because I have never rented here.
Ahmed Qadir (Tiger) was huge help very nice and helped fix my a.c within an hour very greatful for his help
No way to get a hold of front office. And its closed - no one here at all even after the time inidcated.
I moved in almost a year ago and have had nothing but good experiences with Riverview at Calallen! Mrs. Ashley Raby has been so great and helpful. From the application process to moving in! To any concerns or questions you may have. She is so professional and very helpful! Always willing to help you out with a warm greeting and a smile on her face. We are so blessed to have her as our community manager! I will always recommend Riverview at Calallen to my friends and family! ☺️
