Lived with my husband for almost 4 year there and it was horrible Took months for the bathroom to be fixed only for them to paint over the issue instead of actually fixing it (there was mold growing all over the walls as well as water getting trapped in bubbles in the paint making it swell) we almost lost my husbands gaming PC due to the floors getting full of water when the bubbles would finally pop Out of the 2.5 baths we had 1 shower work (the other we mentioned to the maintenance guy that it wasn’t working when we first ... read more
My first experience renting an apartment was with Richard Duley Real Estate. Years after signing the lease, I'm still a tenant and can't see myself moving. I love dealing with Richard and his team. They all go above and beyond to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible in regards to living in one of Richard's managed apartments. Also, they're continually making improvements to the apartment complex, to keep them looking brand new. Even though I'm renting an apartment unit, Richard allows me to make it feel like my own home!
