RecommendedI have lived at Riverview for a little under a year and I have loved it! The maintenance is always so quick to come if there are any problems (and I’ve only had to call once the whole time I’ve lived here), my neighbors are friendly, the location is perfect by the river, and Amber the apartment manager is absolutely AMAZING! She is always so helpful whenever I have questions or need anything. I unexpectedly had to move for work but I will miss living here! 5 stars and highly recommended ☺️
The location is perfect; right on the river with a beautiful pool area and a deck overlooking the river. Everything is always clean and the maintenance and management team is awesome.

Great staff, very nice apartment, nice people. Have made a couple of friends here. I enjoy the deck and pool in the summer. I am IN LOVE with Rossford! Could not be happier.
Courteous staff. Beautiful area. Quiet. Good maintenance. They are prompt to respond to work orders. They are on top of snow removal during winter too. They keep the walks clear and salted. Their pool is well maintained. An all around pleasant experience in the 15 months I've lived here. Heating is electric baseboard so it's costly over a bitter cold winter. Put up plastic insulation on the windows and that makes a huge difference.
