They may not look like much from the outside, but these apartments are a great place to live in Santa Cruz. The insides of the apartments are updated with reasonably good amenities (nothing too fancy but perfectly passable for the price range) and the rest of the complex is extremely well maintained by the amazing property manager Pedro.
