Lived there for almost 5 years. Everything was a nightmare since day one. Had to deal with roaches, 2 years ago started dealing with mice that I had to get rid of myself because management never did 💩 to help getting rid of them. The only one good Manager left because she couldn’t live there anymore with all the nasty roaches and mold. Stay away this place for the last year has been discussing I have dealt with mold roaches mice. Everyday I would wake up to mice in the traps hundreds of roaches. Managers not giving a crap of anything. I would put in work orders and never would show up. Let me just show you personally what I have dealt with in the last year I couldn't run out of there fast enough.i have left only a few photos of the hundreds I have .
Three words for this property would be cockroaches, bedbugs and mold. No amount of bleach or pesticides could keep the critters away. Neighbors complained about rats. Broken glass and trash litter the property. We didn’t have hot water for 6 weeks and management takes 0 accountability. The building needs to be demolished.
Lived here at Riverview for 5 years... A great scenic location, close to everything...The apartment management was cool--however, for some reason, in 5 years we went thru 4 managers, including a great couple...Never had a issue getting things repaired within a few days. 'Free' heat from a large boiler is included in your rent. Funny how no one else reviewing has mentioned this 'heat' bonus...I am skeptical a few of these negative reviewers even lived here. I still live here but I’m trying to get out. The apartment manager won’t return phone calls from the place I’m trying to get. I have to live with roaches and mold. I told her about the mold and all she did was paint over it. If you call in a work order to fix something in the apartment they’ll just show up. They don’t call and let you know when they are coming Thats B.S. This is the worst place I have ever lived.
