I do not recommend living at Riverview Apartments. Over the course of my lease, the office repeatedly mishandled my lease terms. They misclassified my lease three times, causing confusion and unexpected charges. After I identified their mistakes, they gave me a so-called “free month,” which I never requested, and now they are requiring me to pay that back.
