The office staff changes often, so you might get someone good, or might get someone very unprofessional. Currently the office staff are very rude. They refuse to accept a move-out letter unless you put a new address on it. I'm assuming this is how they get more rent out of the tenants wanting to leave as if you don't have a new address then you are stuck not being able to give 30 day notice. The management lies. They will lie to your face, not take accountability for their lies, and smile while blaming someone or something else. I do not recommend ever doing business with them.
My husband and I have enjoyed living here for the most part up until recently. In this last month or two we have had neighbors move in around us who are not following the lease--mainly by smoking weed and cigarettes a lot on their balconies. This wouldn't typically bother me if it didn't affect us being able to enjoy having our windows open. When we brought it up to property management they said they would send out an email, but I have yet to see an email and the neighbors continue to smoke frequently, which is frustrating b... read more

Robert, the new property manager, is soooo helpful. My roommates and I had a prior issue that was needed to be resolved and without second thought Robert did everything he could to fix the issue. 10/10 customer service. Give this man a raise!🙏🏼🙏🏼
