Absolutely amazing staff. Very friendly and precise with what to expect
The office staff changes often, so you might get someone good, or might get someone very unprofessional. Currently the office staff are very rude. They refuse to accept a move-out letter unless you put a new address on it. I'm assuming this is how they get more rent out of the tenants wanting to leave as if you don't have a new address then you are stuck not being able to give 30 day notice. When I asked for a receipt for the move-out notice, signed and dated with the date it was received, the person helping me was very rude... read more
