building looks good if you do not look too close handyto shopping, but not a decent place for seniors appliaces ,try to get a new or decent working one forget it ,water leaks all tru building, noo hardwood floors just an example of how management lies.I swear this building is killing me, moveing soo cannot get out soon enough.
For starters these apartments are not up to date in any form or fashion! The refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer, cabinets, floors, sinks. etc are all out dated! If you decide to move in, request new appliance and carpert, otherwise you will be stuck with the bill upon moving! The amount that is asked for rent is not worth the stay. (dont take my word for it, take a look at their pic on their web) The manager lives in one of the units and runs the whole complex and is not professional at all. Quiet clean and in the country. 1 and 2 Bedrooms with HEAT APPLIANCES and GARBAGE included. All have patios with sliders so enjoy a nice summer night inside without the bug bites. plenty of parking a play area. Must come and see what you could be missing call today.
