We took our dog to Dr. Kepner for YEARS. When it was time to say goodbye to our four-legged family member, Dr. Kepner and his wife were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Riverview Animal Hospital and the staff. No matter what pet we choose to have in the future, Dr. Kepner will be our #1 choice to help us make sure that our pet lives a long and healthy life!
One Of The Best!! – I've been taking my pets to Dr. Kepner now close to six years. He takes his time with you and explains everything very well to you so that you understand the underlying cause and what to expect. He is gentle with the pets and definitely knows his stuff!! Yes, he is a bit more expensive than other vets, but my feeling is, you get what you pay for! I know my pets are getting quality care when I take them to Dr. Kepner and I'm so glad I found him!
Exceptional Vet Clinic – Dr. Kepner is a wonderful doctor and has fantastic, efficient staff. I've worked in a vet office before with excellent doctors, but he honestly surpasses them. Dr. Kepner takes the time to get to know not only the reason your animal is there for the appointment, but he takes the time to get to know your animal and their health history from the start. Excellent care, clean facility, caring staff. Highly recommend Riverview Animal Hospital!! – Scott and his staff are excellent. They really care for the animals that visit their clinic. They give personal care and make every effort to make your pet as comfortable as possible. Scott explains everything in detail, will show diagrams if necessary. Extrememly competent and caring Vet. – Outstanding vet. Great pet side manor, caring, knowledgable and on top of his profession. Spends time and is extremely through in evaluation. Is careful not to prescribe unnecessary prescriptions and cause otherwise unnecessary expenses. This guy is one in a thousand, definitely not one of the production line places were they might examine your pet and fail to notice it is dead. I have been searching for five years for someone this competent in Vancouver.
My dogs love him! – Scott is one of the best vets I've ever run across....he explains everything he's doing, makes sure we understand all the instructions for care of the dogs at home, and best of all, REMEMBERS the dogs and all their little quirks. I can't imagine people complaining about the cost...do they have any idea how much up-to-date equipment COSTS? How about insurance and employee expenses? Didn't feel listened to, too expensive – I personally did not feel listened to by the staff or the doctor. Too expensive. Animal Care Clinic on Chaklov is much more reasonable. Prices are outrageous. I don't even spend that kind of money on my medical bills. The doctor was nice enough and I don't doubt he cares about animals, but I won't be returning to his office.
Best Vet in around.... – Scott, has a way of working with his customer and animal client like I have never experienced with any other I have dealt with. I have been a loving dog owner all my life and Scott has always gone above and beyond while caring for my dogs Mele and Jackson. I would highly recommend Scott and his clinic to anyone looking for quality and loving care of thier pet.
