I had a split system air conditioner replaced today. In general the experience from online enquiry to installation was good. Fast responses, people turning up at the appointed time. I would have given a excellent rating, however, the installation quality was only fair. PS. Ben (Riverview Air Conditioning; MD) followed up and insisted on sending the installation crew back to improve the installation even though I said I was ok with the job. Kudos to Ben and the install has improved.
Great company to deal with. Communication was clear and they were able to fit me in a short notice to assess my a/c unit. The issue was explained clearly and when a new unit was needed they quoted and arranged the replacement easily. The guys that came to install it were on time, polite and very professional. They ran me through what they had done and gave clear instructions for use. The clean up was also very impressive and I highly recommend the team at Riverview Air Conditioning Service.
I took this company to the building commission and even then they were not willing to admit their short coming instead pressuring me to settle and change this review. Truly an aweful and unprofessional organisation to deal with especially if something doesn't go as it plan and THEY NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND THEY WILL BLAME THE CUSTOMER.
