I called the team at Riverview AC Service, booked an appointment and they were onsite 3 days later at the appointed time, serviced two units and fixed a problem all for the quoted amount. Great to deal with a professional Team who completed the work neatly and completely!
Riverview Air were prompt and professional. We had options on whether to repair or replace and we were not pressured in either direction. We got sound honest advice and the decision was ours. The service was terrific. I highly recommend this company for all A/C needs.
Have used these guys twice, once to service our ducted air con unit and replace a section of duct, and again to upgrade the return air box. Both times the technicians were very professional and did a great job, and Ben (the owner) is very friendly and helpful on the phone. Where there was a minor issue, they were very happy to come back and fix it up. They also did a few things that they could have charged for, but were happy to do free of charge. Overall very positive experience.
I would highly recommend Riverview AC and will most definitely engage them again at my home.
