Nasty Owners- so when we moved in these apartments we were confused as we thought the rent was included in the security deposit (which was 3000 dollars) which they FAILED to tell us, they hit us with a late fee which we never knew about till they finally notified us DAYS later. A Stressful Experience from Start to Finish – Would Not Recommend I wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me to. This apartment complex has been one of the most mentally, physically, and emotionally draining rental experiences I’ve ever had. ***BEWARE***Please don’t move here for the sake of your sanity and overall health. I’ve been here 3 years, they’ve changed management twice and there’s new people in the office every year. The place is completely falling apart they might as well tear it down and make a new complex. I used to pay a 75$ flat rate for water the first two years.
