I lived here for 1 year/12 months and when I moved out I never got my deposit back after having to deal with termites, mold, loud neighbors, cockroaches, inadequate parking. There was also a time I had a friend come over and they brought their dog and they made me pay a $300 deposit. Everytime I called maintenance for something they had to come back 3-4 times to do the job properly because their attempts would fail. This is a very nice place to live. The whole team is great and professional. I have not had any problems since I have been living here.
Shootings here all the time
The new management company is ZRS management and they are terrible. The amount you owe for rent changes every month, leading to unhappy surprises. The office staff never return phone calls and are dodgy and hard to get in touch with. I just paid my final bill, for water that I didn’t use because I had already moved out a month before, through a debt collector, and this happened because no one from management could communicate with me properly. Please save yourself the headache and don’t move here.
