I recently rented a property managed by Rivertowne Rentals and worked with Melissa Tyson. The entire process from start to finish was flawless. In this day and age, it is refreshing to have someone actually pick up the phone when you call and address any questions or concerns promptly. I have not moved into the house yet, so I did not write a 5-star review. So far, my rental experience has been good. Melissa is very responsive and takes care of every issue and question I have raised. I am currently in a different time zone, and she has replied to me after her working hours and on the weekend. I appreciate her patience and willingness to work with me.
