Absolutely the worst psychiatric facility I've ever visited in 25 years. 3 minute visits, literally tell the provider what drugs you want and you get them, it's terrible. No psychiatric care at all, just medication 'management' which, for them, effectively amounts to a pill mill.
My mother was never really seen as a patient , but i tried to get her reinstated so she can offically have a appointment because of confusion about what i was told with what type of treatmemt would be offered at a facility that was not affilated with rivertown , so this made no sense at all about them saying that you looked over her file. She didnt have a real appointment yet . it seems like this is something that is being done with african american patients they are giving them a hard time or acting as if the patient is too... read more
I really got help that I needed when I was experiencing severe chest tightness. It’s pretty much gone away now with the right meds.
