Our family has been living here for the past 4 years now and we've had the worst experiences especifically with the maintenance worker here Fred. We requested for an emergency service after hours and he said he can't come so the manager had to call someone else from the other property. I come back from my international trip snd what do I see? Overgrown grass by the entrance. I take my family to the pool just to see how dirty pool is maintained with flies and bugs everywhere. On top of that he will purposely try to target us ... read more

Dont recommend. They have increased the price about 4 times in the last year quoting rising costs, yet they provide nothing more with the Price increase, not to mention someone is in the office only half of the week. Look elsewhere.

This was my first apartment on my own and I lived here for approximately two years. I really couldn’t have had a better experience. Reasonable rent for a super nice apartment (to me). Maintenance is just one guy who is kind, prompt, and fun to talk to. He takes the time to get to know all the tenants. I’m quite lucky that this was my first apartment experience and would recommend this place to anybody!
