Maintenance is top notch, Fred is on top of everything immediately. Place was very worth it years ago. Rent is just crazy now, totally unnecessary. Used to be 750 for a 3 bedroom with a garage. Now it’s 1100 for a two bedroom. Be weary of when you move out, make super sure to do that walk through with the staff, I got charged for some of the most wild things after because I couldn’t make time for the walk through.
Our family has been living here for the past 4 years now and we've had the worst experiences especifically with the maintenance worker here Fred. We requested for an emergency service after hours and he said he can't come so the manager had to call someone else from the other property. I come back from my international trip snd what do I see? Overgrown grass by the entrance. I take my family to the pool just to see how dirty pool is maintained with flies and bugs everywhere. On top of that he will purposely try to target us ... read more
Dont recommend. They have increased the price about 4 times in the last year quoting rising costs, yet they provide nothing more with the Price increase, not to mention someone is in the office only half of the week. Look elsewhere.
