Emailed this COWARDS on Monday General Manager B. Williams and Service Manager Scott Cornwell haven’t heard a response from either COWARD—-Had 2015 F350 serviced last Saturday. Service Advisor Mark Bait was a class act. Represent the company very well. Truck shut down on me a few miles from the dealership. Due to Service technician no fully connecting top fuel line. By far my worst experience at a Ford service department. I have 2010 Ford Raptor for 8 years now and I've always taken it in for its recommended service at Ford Service Department. The Rivertown Ford in Columbus Ga service department is the worst service I've ever had in my life. They left 4 out of 6 lug nuts off of my right rear wheel and nearly caused a life threating situation.
