I asked for a dog crate for a German Shepherd puppy. They sold me a crate that measured 26 inches in length. The puppy out grew the crate in 3 weeks. I went back to the store and complained and asked if I could use the crate as a trade in for the proper size. They refused, telling me that they don't do that. I ended up having to buy a larger crate. Apparently they don't know what you need when you ask for assistance and then will do nothing to help correct it. I will find some place else to shop for my dog.
