Update: This original post was from about 4 years ago. A new company is now running the complex. They are busy renovating most of the building . It is NOT great living here while all the chaos is going on. The ONE good thing they are doing is having a long-awaited second elevator put in for our 7-story, 96-unit building! Unlike many other reviewers, I actually LIVE here in Rivertown Commons, Stillwater- MOST of the older reviews that are bad are coming from Rivertown Commons in St.Paul!
