The manager is very discriminating. He has a habit of calling police for no reason to anybody of non-hispanic or white race. The building is always has issues and the light rail is close by building has drug addicts especially in the back. Homeless, Addicts, Prostitute n pimps and elders are the most populated. There is a few good people there but my Wonder is about kids safety also
The things that make you say ummmm.... nasty, trifle and embarrassing. Can't wait to get out of here. Garbage pick up early in the Am 6am... still trash around that the maintenance ppl thinks is ok. I understand it's considered low income. . It just doesn't meet the expectations I considered livable honestly
