Dropped truck off on Monday morning, and was supposed to be ready by Friday the 10th. Then Monday.. Tuesday...Wednesday... definitely Thursday..and finally on Friday the 17th it was ready at 3:30. Realized that evening one of the headlights wasn't working. Of course, they were then closed for the weekend. Thanks to handy husband... he started looking around and found that it was never hooked up.
RecommendedI would not recommend this shop to anyone. The management is very rude and argumentative. The work was subpar. They wanted to give my vehicle back with both rear tires wobbling in and out while being driven across the parking lot. The door does work right but the manager said it was fine. By the way it is door above where they fixed the dent with bondo. Worst experience of my life.
Jason and crew were OUTSTANDING with daily updates on repair progress. Michael even provided detailed pictures! Repairs on my Mustang were extensive, and they handled everything with expertise and ease, even perfecting the match on my hand painted striping! I truly felt like a valued customer, and wish I could give them a sixth star!

I had the best experience ever dealing with a body shop not only did they do the repairs they were paid for they also fixed a problem with my driver side step that was purchased with a gap between body and step I also brought my vehicle back for some residue left and they pushed me in front of everyone and took care of it on the spot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rivertown to any and of of my closest friends and family! Job well done Rivertown! Five star work! Thank-you Adam, associates and crew at the Rivertown Collison Center. The side molding insralled on my new car was top-notch work! Everyone there was courteous, friendly, professional and caring of my time.
