Everything I have bought at the Rivertown Butcher Shop has been excellent. I also love the spice rub mix that the butcher mixes up himself. It is great on every thing. It is hard to find a good mix of spices that is good on so many things. I especially like it on pork cuts of all types. I can't wait to get back to this butcher shop to restock this spice mix. I haven't been able to find any other spice mix I like as well.
