Most reliable thing they offer are the pens. They are nice pens. Cars from there, I wouldn't trust. Don't "join the party!" when you're left with a white elephant gift of a lemon. Last year, less than 2 months after I bought a car from this guy, we had to rent a car in order to make do. His response was to suggest selling it on Marketplace, so someone else (read: sucker) might give me back some of what we lost.
SCAM! DON'T BUY! I tested 3 cars and asked a mechanic to check them. All completelly rusted underneath and some showed even electric problems. It would not last more than six months. Those stickers they put on their cars are worthless.
*NOT TRUSTWORTHY* *DO NOT BUY HERE* Paid $5,000 for a Subaru Forester on March 16, 2024. Not only was the inspection sticker invalid (this car should NOT have had an inspection sticker in the condition it was in), the sticker was marked a week after the sale date. Key points of inspection include the exaust/mufflers, seatbelts, and more. The passenger seatbelt had inch wide cuts in it, as though someone took a knife to it. REVISED REVIEW Since we’ve had the car passed its 1 month or 1000 mile warranty. I want to start this review by saying I believe in honesty and integrity especially when it comes to reviews. My wife purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from Rivertown Auto and Pat was a super nice guy no issues there. We took the car for a test drive and everything was fine. There was no check engine lights, no overheating no nothing so my wife bought the car and drove it from the dealership to the tanning salon in Bangor and the car overheated so b... read more
