Went for my orthodontic treatment. SUPERIOR service. They use mouth camera to show current condition of your teeth and explains the procedure in detail which is super helpful. You can relax on the chair and see everything on the big screen in front of you (high tech!). Very friendly & professional staff and the office was super clean & pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit!
Use to be great local dentist office. Been coming here for years since they were within my insurance network. Was pleasant coming here and two crowns they put on still in place. But here is reason why I'm giving one star. I went to routine check/clean up February and almost 3 weeks later, they tells me I have to pay deductible??? They had new dentist worked on me who is NOT in my insurance network without checking with me if it was okay. Now they been calling me to pay $86 as deductible? $86 to clean my teeth. Dr. Kim and all the folks at River Top Dental in Oradell made me feel relaxed and confident in their assessment and protocols. I'm an older person, just turned 60 in 2024, and I had not been to a dentist since 2015, needless to say after the pandemic I had built up a block with getting back to a dentist regularly.
