Poor service I scheduled my puppy to get neutered. This was a big deal to me so I also took some time off work to make sure everything was ok after the surgery since he would be on pain pills. My puppy also had some baby teeth that needed to be pulled out. When I made the appointment I asked the receptionist about this. She told me it would be better to get this all done at once for two reasons. It will be cheaper to only put him under once and the anesthetic is not safe so only doing it once will eliminate risk. Bad billing pracitces!! I was a loyal customer for nine years and was always pleased with my service and the grooming. This holiday season I brought my dog in to be groomed was told he needed a bordatella shot, ok no problem. When I picked my dog up the price was DOUBLE what I expected. They did not disclose their would be a vet exam fee for the shot, they didnt charge one before so I assumed it would be the same this time. Great Grooming - Trying vet services soon! The Riverton Veterinary Hospital on 126th does have a grooming service. They were absolutely wonderful! My Shih Tzu never looked better, and the groomer called me when he was done and gave me some good tips as he was a fairly new dog to my family. The staff was all very friendly and the price was the best I could find for grooming. Mistaken Identity? I read "Nicole B"'s review of Riverton Veterinary Clinic ( Riverton Veterinary Hospital, 2789 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT) and was left scratching my head. Riverton Veterinary is a small practice that does not offer bathing and grooming. It can get busy and hectic in the lobby, but we've never been "ignored" there and all of our pets get fine care promptly.
We have only used this facility for a bath... We have only used this facility for a bath... so this doesn't rate the medical attention the doctors give. I guess it was because I was annoyed with my service, so we never went to the doctors.
