Very convenient and we were able to come up with a plan moving forward.
1 stars only because the providers are good but they seem to be struggling under the weight of terrible systems, phone trees, customer service, messages not being returned. The providers are really good in my opinion but the website and more just make this an awful experience as a patient.
Horrible patient care/customer service. Extremely hard to get anyone to answer the phone- the wait is very long. They don’t call to make appointments when you’re referred to them. You have to take it upon yourself to call. The worst part is they cancel on patients with no notice. Family member drove up from Price, only to be told they canceled the appointment and forgot to tell him. That’s a tank of gas wasted, and a day as well.
