I went there today for the first time. I had my water tested and told the young lady that I’m having an issue with black spots on the bottom of the pool. She showed me on her computer that it was black algae. She gave me the chemicals to clear it up. I’m so happy that it worked. I had previously checked with other pool supply companies and they had no clue. The owners should be happy that she was spot on. Please give her a raise. Great job and thank you. Harry

John who works for this company is the worst technician I have ever dealt with in this industry. He came out to put a new filter and pump in my pool on April 7, 2026. He said I would need a contractor to do new piping under the bricks around my pool. He contacted Amir, the contractor, which Amir said he would contact me within a couple days to give me an estimate.
