Awesome store, family owned, friendly and knowledgeable staff who tested my pool water free of charge (free for everyone) and let me know what chemicals and amount to put in to get the right PH. Please support Riverton Pool Supply
Do not use them to do anything. They told me my pump was burned out when it was actually an electrical problem. Their electrical guy said electric was good to the pump and would not take back pump after installing it. They also did not close plug on back of filter when opening my pool causing water to leak. They have no customer service skills at all.
Very disappointed in pool closing: 1- was told to lower the pool water in my inground pool 6 inches below the skimmer. They never asked me what type of pool I had. 2- I lowered the water 6 inches below the skimmer 3- the men came to close the pool and were unable to do so— they said my pool water was too low and I should not have lowered it at all 4- I had to refill the pool on my dime 5- they came back two days later to close the pool 6- a few days later I went outside and saw that they had left my pool pump running dry I c... read more
