Intermountain Health's billing has gone to complete crap ever since outsourcing their billing department. This is not the first time I've been directly billed for services BEFORE they've even tried to bill my insurance. I've also caught multiple billing errors in the past where I've been billed more than the contracted price with my insurance company. IHC sends me an email to pay my bill. I log in and all I get is a blank screen. IHC needs to make their system compatible with phones.
So rude!!!!
The billing department is by far the worst experience you will ever have. I have called multiple times for multiple documents needed for my insurance. I have yet to receive any documents. All the associates are short and rude on the phone with me. Avoid going to this hospital if you can.
