First your technicians left a bolt of some sort used to lift the car, attached to the undercarriage with a chain hanging off of it. When I started to drive home the chain was banging something awful against the undercarriage. I had to bring it back to have the lifting bolt removed. The service advisor said there was no damage but I'd like to see under there for myself since that chain was really banging around down there before I could turn around and come back.
