Our unit was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The amenities were great. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, pool and the playground. There's also a fitness room and game room which we did not use. We have appointments for massages but have not gone at this time therefore I can't comment on that. The resort is located near a trolley stop and within a couple of minutes drive to Dollywood and the waterpark without any of the traffic. The spa did a great. I love the massage that I received. The accommodations was great. Will visit again in the future.
The rooms were very nice, kitchens well equipped. Location is nice, its not a far drive to anything. The resort I felt needs an outdoor pool area other than just the lazy river and the parking is terrible, not only are there not enough parking spots, but the parking locations inside are so small, you can't open your doors to get out once you've managed to get your vehicle into the extremely tiny spots. They want you out at 11am or they are calling your room threatening an overstay fee !
Spacious and clean! Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Very nicely decorated!
