The A/C not working in gym. STILL wasn't working well 2 days later.... What's worse is when I went to the front desk to report it. The reception I received was very poor. And the gate to the lazy river is busted. And didn't see anyone in 2 days cleaning it!!! Not the Riverstone I know. Why has this happened??
Beautiful place to stay, right on the golf course. Very courteous staff and the rooms make you feel like home. Definitely recommend RiverStone Resort!!
Beautiful place! There's so much to do for both kids & adults & it's close by to everything in town. It's absolutely amazing & we will most certainly be coming back!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Condo was very spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. Very conveniently located to everything we were interested in doing - golf, shopping and dining. And came mainly to just get away and relax which is what we were able to do. Enjoyed "our personal fireworks" show from our balcony every night that was from Dollywood and was a nice added bonus!!
Absolutely amazing! This is the best place to relax in pigeon forge! It was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary! It's VERY CLEAN & cozy! I loved having the private balcony over looking the river. We will definitely be back!!!!!!♡
I always love coming here. Grounds are always pristine. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is my favorite resort to visit. This was my 4th or 5th visit from Mobile, Al with my church's (Mt. Hebron Church Ministries) Women's ministry retreat. This place Never fails me!Keep up the standard of excellence!
BEWARE!! This place has completely gone down hill since they got rid of the best GM they've ever had- April Flasher. It's a shame because her hard work ethic & hospitality were second to NONE. I will definitely be staying else where & making sure I tell everyone else to, too. �� #StaySomewhereElse
