We moved into our place here in May 2024 and really enjoy living here. Move-in went smoothly. There’s nothing like living one short block from the river with a mountain view. The neighborhood is clean & peaceful due to firm standards on putting trash *inside* of dumpsters, pets leashed (ideal when you have a small children) and pet messes picked up so we can enjoy walking our own dog and return home without a mess. Have never had an issue, clean apartment moving in, all maintenance is done in a timely manner, never had to complain, nice community of people, management is also very very good, also very kept up on landscape work! Heating and air also works amazingly!
I have to say the property is very beautiful and management is very nice!!
Riverstone View has excellent management, especially Layla. She’s an exceptionally hard worker who handles problems quickly and gets things done efficiently.
