Riverstone View has excellent management, especially Layla. She’s an exceptionally hard worker who handles problems quickly and gets things done efficiently.
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and the manager is never in the office, and maintenance barely takes care of anything either!!!! The cooperate office White water Creek - is horrible to deal with also!!!!! Do NOT move into these apartments!!!!
We've lived here since the building originally opened and I have to say after 9-10 years of living here I have few complaints. I've never had a problem with owners aside from a car issue that was resolved. Very helpful with things breaking. Living here for as long as I have stuff is bound to break and I haven't experienced anything like that up until the last year when the shower handle broke it got fixed within the week.
I lived here when they were brand new and the landlord is terrible the work with. I moved out at the end of a one year lease
