I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Every single staff member is incredibly kind and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is easy, they’re available within a reasonable timeframe, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room. That said, the real reason I’m writing this review is for the PA, Kaci. She has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. They were able to fit me in the day of, but I waited 2 hours in total before I left. The one nurse made a comment that apparently I don’t like doctors or nurses or going to the hospital (which is far from the truth). And that’s clearly not true, (just as I used to be on a paid fire department) and every occupation is important. But I did have a good experience with Jeanie, as she answered my questions and was very professional.
