Horrible management and worse maintenance. I live at 5631 Beechmont, right down the street, same company owns it Sundance property management.
never lived somewhere where the management was so careless. Disgusting place and scary people living there. More like a homeless shelter than an apartment building. It's so bad it's almost unbelievable.
This place is a lie. On apartments.com it is listed as smoke free, however, every day and every night every one in my complex smokes and I can smell it in my apartment. I cannot open the windows, why? Because the group of people in the bottom apartment and then the people above them are constantly smoking. I dread going outside my apartment, why?
